Mongolians abroad casted their votes activily

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Mongolian citizens who are living in foreign countries voted for the first time within two days. Totally 6233 citizens abroad has been registered to cast their votes for the 2013 Presidential election, of which 68 percent or 4248 voters took part in polling. Mongolian citizens who are living in Sofia, Ottawa,Kizil and Havana have voted with 100 percent. According to the General Election Commission of Mongolia /GEG/ Mongolians overseas have participated with enthusiasm in the presidential election. Compared to the number of the voters abroad took part in the State Great Khural's 2012 election, two-fold more voters overseas lodged votes this time. In some cities voters demonstrated 100 percent of participation. It is progressive tendency, said the Election Commission.
