MANAGERS TO BE TRAINED IN GERMANY
Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Administrative officials and managers of Mongolian enterprisers will be involved in a mid-career training in Germany.
Such opportunities is giving a contract made between Mongolia's Ministry of Economic Development and the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development of Germany.
This contract, a continuation of a document on implementing a mid-career training programme for Mongolian managers, was updated and signed Tuesday by representatives of the Mongolian Ministry and Germany's Embassy in Mongolia.
"Earlier, we have trained 130 managers in Germany. The main purpose of this year's programme is to teach German management skills to Mongolians," the deputy president of the United Association of Mongolian Employers Kh.Ganbaatar said.
"We implement this programme in many countries. The managers from Mongolia are highly skilled, all of them can speak German. It makes the training very easy to run," the Charge d'affaires of Germany's Embassy Mr Klaus Vendenberger underlined. He added the German side focuses on preparing managers and technological managers for the mineral resources and mining sectors.
In accordance with the programme, the trained managers will practice in the German companies and entities for three weeks, and will defend here reports on their works.
