MALAYSIA-BASED STUDENTS GATHER

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ A second forum of the Association of Mongolian students and youth in Malaysia ran at of the Segi university of Kuala Lumpur March 23. The participants were 150 Mongolians representing more than 300 students and language courses' attendees. They discussed works done in one-year period after the association had been founded such as a protection of Mongolian citizens and students a propaganda of Mongolia, then renewed and approved the Association's rules. The non-resident Ambassador of Mongolia to Malaysia Ch.Battomor gave the latest information about Mongolia, its relations with Malaysia, the cabinet's policy on protecting the Mongolians' rights abroad. After this, the gathered touched upon several problems related to drugs, documents, accidents. They said that, since Mongolia does not have its diplomatic representation in this country, the association must be widened and, if possible, financially supported by the state. Ch.Enkhtuya
