"LET'S REFORM AND SOLVE-222" DISCUSSION RUNS IN DORNOGOBI

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The discussion called "Let's reform and solve-222" was held Tuesday in Dornogobi aimag within the Prime Minister's working tour to this aimag. Apart of the Premier, there were G.Ganbaatar, a head of the Citizens' Representative Khural of Dornogobi; P.Gankhuyag, the aimag's governor; G.Densen, a deputy head of the Cabinet Secretariat of Government; Ts.Baigalmaa, the Vice Minister of Construction and Urban Development; D.Batbayar and B.Gan-Ochir, advisors to the PM. They discussed issues of the biggest projects on great construction and development to be realized in the aimag and on the investment matters. In frames of the policy the cabinet for reforms adheres to, the biggest works will be done in the years to come, for example, manufacturing factories of construction materials will be erected based on the Sainshand industrial complex. The Premier underlined that Dornogobi will take this year the biggest aong other aimags investments (MNT 75 billion). Some parts of the money will be spent for the Zamyn-Uud border checkpoint, the “Sainshand” industrial complex, for renovating pipelines of the aimag's center and for constructing a paved road to the “Khamar” monastery, one of the biggest tourism sites, the Premier said. In frames of the “New Dornogobi-2” programme, some works will be done, for instance, the aimag will have new source of energy and new apartment town equipped with pipelines. A project “Small Street” will be implemented to create a new residential area, to establish new centers for people's holiday and to develop the soums' infrastructure. In the first turn, all the state-budgetary organizations will be connected to the central heating system. The local authorities have taken the budgetary authority from this year, and every soum has big amount of money it can spend, so the Premier emphasized that the local authorities must deal with the money fruitfully and openly.
