Lebanese Sunni Muslims Urged To Support Palestine

Beirut, Aug 4, IRNA – A Lebanese Sunni Muslim scholar has called on Ulemas of Sunni branch of Islam to follow Hizbullah secretary general Sheikh Hassan Nasrallah in supporting Palestine against the Tel Aviv regime. Sheikh Hussam al-Ailani, Friday prayers leader of Al-Ghufran Mosque in the southern city of Saida urged Shia and Sunni Muslims to get united to thwart Israeli plots to fuel the flames of sectarian strife in Lebanon. Military officials of the Zionist regime have acknowledged that Hizbullahs might has increased, seven years after the 33-day war between Israel and Lebanon in 2006, al-Ailani said.
