Leaders of political parties of Kyrgyzstan create coordination council

Bishkek, Oct. 6, 2020 / Kabar /. The leaders of 6 political parties of Kyrgyzstan have created a coordination council to stabilize the situation in the republic, head of the coordinating council Adakhan Madumarov told at a press conference in Bishkek. He said that such parties as Bir Bol, SDPK, Respublika, Ata-Meken, Zamandash, Butun Kyrgyzstan were included in the coordination council. “The main task of the council is to stabilize the situation in the republic and resolve this issue in the legal field,” he said. Madumarov also said that at present, the coordination council proposes to urgently gather the still existing deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh to accept the resignation of the current Government of the Kyrgyz Republic. “We propose for the time being the only legislative branch of power to accept the Government of the People's Trust,” he said. In addition, Madumarov replied that the members of the coordinating council are not rushing to power and are not dividing portfolios.
