L.Bold meets Serbian FM

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The Minister of Foreign affairs, Mr L.Bold received Mr Ivan Mrkic, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia on April 27. Mr Mrkic said Mongolia's chairmanship in the CoD has greatly contributed to expanding of activities of this organization and wished Mongolia a success in running the 7th Ministerial conference of the CoD. He has arrived in Mongolia with several aims, he said. Fro example, he wants to strengthen the relations and cooperation between the two countries, to open here the Serbian Embassy, to make stronger a consular representation, to ease conditions for mutual visits, he underlined. Mr Bold thanked him for coming to the high level conference and said that an activation of the ties and opening of Embassies in both countries will be steps of great significance, and that if mutual visits are facilitated, an enormous help will be given to tourism and business people. Then he added that Mongolia is working on establishing the international research center of landlocked developing countries, and said Serbia have all opportunities to collaborate in this direction as well.
