L.BOLD FM MEETS KLAUS SCHWAB

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The Foreign Minister L.Bold participated in the World Economic Forum Strategic Dialogue on the Future of the South Caucasus and Central Asia by invitation of the Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan on April 8 in Baku. L.Bold has given speeches at plenary session and at branch conferences about investments of the cabinet for reforms and its policy on supporting economy. He has also met with Klaus Schwab, the founder and Executive Chairman of the World Economic Forum /WEF/. The sides spoke about a preparation for the WEF which will run in September in Mongolia. Mr Schwab said he is waiting many good results from the Ulaanbaatar forum and underlined that Mongolia's active cooperation in this forum will increase investment and will become an important step to create friendly business environment. The FM Bold has met with representatives of governments and investors from ten countries--Azerbaijan, Russia, Turkey and others. During the WEF, Mr Bold has given interviews to the CNN and “AzTv” of Azerbaijan. More than 200 state and government heads and business leaders have discussed the economic situation in the South Caucasus and Central Asia during the two-day meeting. Ch.Enkhtuya
