Kyrgyzstan presents in Tashkent experience of privatization and management of state property

Tashkent, July 26, 2018. / Kabar /. The Kyrgyz delegation headed by State Secretary of the State Property Fund of the Kyrgyz Republic Ilyas Tashbaev is taking part in a three-day international workshop "Developing reform strategy for state-owned enterprises in Central Asia". The participants discuss topical problems, challenges and opportunities for reforms in state enterprises, as well as specifics of the procedure for privatization in the countries of Central Asia and the Caucasus region. During the seminar, the experience and plans of the Kyrgyz Republic on reforming enterprises with state participation were presented, as well as privatization support in the effective management of state property. Tashbaev said that the seminar was very fruitful and useful in terms of sharing experience in the field of privatization and in the effective management of state property. "We got acquainted with the experience in this field in Japan, Korea, China, Armenia, Uzbekistan and other countries. After coming to Kyrgyzstan, we will analyze all these data, take the most effective methods of them and prepare our recommendations for conducting state policy in the field of privatization and effective management of state property," he said. The event was organized by the Asian Development Bank.
