Kyrgyzstan, ICESCO reach agreement on implementation of number of projects

Bishkek, Dec. 8, 2021. / Kabar /. Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan Aibek Artykbaev met on Tuesday in Cairo with Director General of the Islamic Organization for Education, Science and Culture (ICESCO) Dr. Salim bin Muhammad bin Abdullah Al-Malik. The press service of the Kyrgyz Foreign Ministry said that during the meeting, the sides thoroughly discussed the current activities of the organization and further measures to develop cooperation between Kyrgyzstan and ICESCO with the assistance of the diplomatic mission of the Kyrgyz Republic. As a result of the negotiations, an agreement was reached on the implementation of a number of projects in the near future, such as the joint development of methodological programs aimed at improving the education system in Kyrgyzstan, and advanced training of Kyrgyz specialists on the basis of ICESCO. In conclusion, Dr. Salim Al-Malik invited the Kyrgyz side to take part in the next session of the ICESCO General Conference, which will be held in 2022 in Rabat, Morocco.
