Kyrgyz FM briefs his UAE counterpart about stabilization of political situation in country

Bishkek, Nov. 4, 2020. /Kabar/. Kyrgyzstan’s Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic Ruslan Kazakbayev held on Tuesday a telephone conversation with Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the United Arab Emirates Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan. According to the Foreign Ministry’s press service, during the conversation Kazakbayev informed his counterpart about the stabilization of the political situation in the country, formation of the Government headed by Prime Minister Sadyr Zhaparov, who is also entrusted with the powers of acting president of the country. The sides also discussed a wide range of issues related to the intensification of political dialogue, exchange of mutual visits at the high and highest levels, expansion of legal framework. The Kyrgyz foreign minister expressed gratitude to the Emirati side for the humanitarian assistance provided in the fight against COVID-19, and welcomed the intentions of the UAE government to continue humanitarian cooperation with Kyrgyzstan.
