Kenyan, Nigerian MPs To Visit Iran: Official

Tehran, Sept 20, IRNA - Advisor to Majlis Speaker for International Affairs Hossein Sheikholeslam said here on Saturday that parliamentary delegates from Kenya and Nigeria will visit Tehran. Talking to IRNA, Sheikholeslam underlined that the visit of Kenyan delegation will take place upon the official invitation of Chairman of Majlis (parliament) National Security and Foreign Policy Commission Alaeddin Boroujerdi. He added the Kenyan MPs will arrive in Tehran later today. He noted that the Kenyan parliamentary delegation is set to hold talks with Boroujerdi and several Iranian officials, during their four-day stay. Meanwhile, Sheikholeslam said a Nigerian parliamentary delegation, comprising officials of agricultural commission, will travel to Iran on Sept 21, upon an invitation from Chairman of Majlis Commission of Agriculture, Water and Natural Resources Abbas Rajaei./end
