Karzai Off To Tehran

Kabul, Dec 8, IRNA – Afghan President Hamid Karzai, heading a high-ranking delegation, left Kabul for Tehran Sunday morning to hold talks with his Iranian counterpart Hassan Rouhani. Afghan president is also to hold talks with senior Iranian officials on issues of mutual interest during his one-day stay in Tehran . The two neighboring countries have over 1,0000 km joint borderlines and enjoy religious, cultural, lingual, historical and geographical commonalities./end
