Iran to purchase 49 rescue helicopters

Azerbaijan, Baku, May 11 / Trend S.Isayev, T. Jafarov/ As part of a 5 year economic development plan, Iran plans to purchase 49 rescue helicopters, country Health Ministry's director of emergency medical care Gholamreza Masumi said, Mehr reported. Masumi noted that additional vehicles will help to improve overall emergency services in Iran. So far, according to Masumi, Iran has purchased three rescue helicopters this year.
