Hikmat Hajiyev: Armenia is paving ground for new war crimes against Azerbaijani civilians

Baku, November 4, AZERTAC “Armenian armed forces are shelling with heavy artillery villages of occupied Aghdam region of Azerbaijan,” Assistant to the Azerbaijani President, Head of Foreign Policy Affairs Department of the Presidential Administration Hikmat Hajiyev made a post on his Twitter account. “It was obvious in the statement of MFA Armenia that they were paving ground for new war crimes against Azerbaijani civilians,” Hajiyev tweeted.
