Government approves results of CoD Ministerial conference

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Last Saturday, the cabinet meeting discussed and then approved results of the 7th Ministerial conference of the Community of Democracies (CoD) which took place April 27-29 in Ulaanbaatar. Then, the government considered as necessity to thank managers of the National Committee of the Conference and also those who made great efforts to organize it. With an aim to make the capital city a center of international measures, the cabinet decided to draw up a proposal on setting up an international meeting complex and establishing international institution which prepares election observers and lets share experience. These works will be done in lines of the CoD Ministerial Conference. In addition, the Minister of Foreign Affairs L.Bold was given orders to found a center that prepares oral translators for five official languages of the UN, to draw up and realize an abroad internship programme for these students, to work out a list of international events to be held in Ulaanbaatar until 2016, and to tackle related financial matters.
