Georgian former minister appointed as Itera Georgia company director general

Georgia, Tbilisi, Nov. 15 / Trend N. Kirtzkhalia / Georgian former Energy and Finance Minister Alexander Khetaguri has been appointed as director general of Itera Georgia company. "SOCAR Energy Georgia" said that Itera Georgia was acquired by SOCAR's subsidiary Alphard (Gas) Holding BV. Itera Georgia's assets include 10 gas distribution companies in Georgia. Alphard (Gas) Holding BV intends to improve gas supply of the population and ensure the conditions for joining the gas network of new customers within the acquired networks.
