Georgian border guards detain vessel flying Cambodian flag

Georgia, Tbilisi, April 30 / Trend, N.Kirtskhalia / Georgian border guards have detained the cargo ship VOLGO_BALT 203 flying the Cambodian flag for sea water pollution in the area of Poti Port. As the border police of Georgia said, the ship discharged hydraulic oil into the water at the port berth. The Poti court has adopted an administrative decision against the ship's captain, Russian citizen Viktor Korneev. For polluting the sea he must pay 65,000 lari ($ 1 = 1.63 lari) to the Georgian state budget, and 184 lari for the damage caused to the environment. Do you have any feedback?
