Foreign Minister attends Ministerial Meeting of LLDCs

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Foreign Minister of Mongolia D.Tsogtbaatar took part in the Annual Ministerial Meeting of Foreign Ministers of Landlocked Developing Countries (LLDCs) on September 28. The meeting was themed ‘Revitalizing partnerships to enhance the implementation of the Vienna Programme of Action (VPoA) and the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development’ and discussed on preparations of the meeting for reviewing mid-term implementation of the VPoA, to be held in 2019 and possibilities of strengthening partnership for efficient implementation of the programme. During the meeting, Foreign Minister D.Tsogtbaatar presented the Government’s policy and actions for ensuring the VPoA realization. Moreover, he reported about the initiative for travel condition facilitation and introduction of a facilitated procedure for issuing visa to officials and investors who participate events related to 'Belt and Road'.
