Football club president arrested in Turkey

Azerbaijan, Baku, April 5 / Trend, A.Taghiyeva / President of Gaziantepspor Football Club Ibrahim Kizil was arrested in Turkey on suspicion of match fixing, the Sabah newspaper reported. Fifteen employees of the club were arrested along with him. Earlier President of the Turkish football organization Trabzonspor, Sadri Sener, and Turkish Football Federation Board Member Levent Kızıl were detained due to this case. This is the second major operation by the Turkish police on football anti-corruption.
