FMs of Kyrgyzstan, Armenia debate bilateral cooperation issues

Bishkek, Nov. 19, 2021 . / Kabar / . On the margins of the regular meeting of the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council in Yerevan, Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan Akylbek Zhaparov met with Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan. In the course of the meeting, Zhaparov and Pashinyan discussed current issues of bilateral cooperation in various areas of mutual interest. The sides noted the importance of building Kyrgyz-Armenian economic ties and cooperation within the international organizations and integration associations. Akylbek Zhaparov emphasized that there is a large untapped potential between the countries. The interlocutors debated the ways of further development of economic relations. The importance of the work of the intergovernmental commission for economic, scientific and technical, cultural and humanitarian cooperation between the two countries was emphasized.
