FIRST DAY OF VISIT ENDS

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The Chairman and Party secretary of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress of China Mr Wu Bangguo and the Speaker of the State Great Khural Z.Enkhbold signed a memorandum between the legislative bodies on the first day of the visit. After this, Mr Bangguo attended an opening ceremony of granting a project of a new central laboratory at the General Agency for Specialized Inspection which was established with a non-refundable aid from China in frames of the intergovernmental economic and technical cooperation. This project was signed by Mr N.Batbayar, the Minister of Economic Development, and by Mr Zhong Shan, China's Vice Minister of Commerce. Then, the delegation of China presented the facilities to the Parliamentary Office. Mr Bangguo has expressed satisfaction with paying the official visit to Mongolia by invitation of Mr Enkhbold, and conveyed greetings of the Chinese people to the Mongolians. China and Mongolia are friendly neighbours. Since establishing the diplomatic relations over 60 years ago, our relations have overcome many challenges, and now have been forwarding sustainably, he said. High-level mutual visits have regularized after establishing the strategic partnership relations in 2011, bringing some positive effects to fortify the political mutual trust, to deepen the business cooperation and to closely collaborate at international and regional levels, Mr Wu Bangguo underlined. China attaches a great importance to its relations with Mongolia, and is ready to gradually forward the strategic partnership, he went on. On the second day of the visit, Mr Wu Bangguo will be received by the President Mr Ts.Elbegdorj. Then, Mr Bangguo will receive the Premier Mr N.Altankhuyag. B.Khuder
