Employment of Kyrgyzstanis in Finland discussed at Kyrgyz MFA

Bishkek, March 11, 2022 . / Kabar /. Diplomatic representatives of Kyrgyzstan and Finland discussed issues of employment of Kyrgyz citizens, the press service of the Kyrgyz Foreign Ministry reported. A meeting was held on Thursday between Deputy Foreign Ministry of Kyrgyzstan Nuran Niyazaliev and Consul of the Kyrgyz Republic in Finland Petri Olavi Numminen. During the meeting, Numminen informed of the work carried out in the position of honorary consul of Kyrgyzstan in Finland and plans for the near future. The consul of Kyrgyzstan informed about the intention of the Finnish side to organize a visit of the delegation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and representatives of Finnish business circles to Kyrgyzstan at the end of April 2022. Nuran Niyazaliev noted the importance of the planned visit of the Finnish side to Kyrgyzstan for the activation of the Kyrgyz-Finnish cooperation in the political, trade and economic, cultural and humanitarian spheres. He also uggested holding bilateral political consultations at the level of the Foreign Ministries of the two countries within its framework. The deputy foreign minister of Kyrgyzstan emphasized the importance of studying the issue of concluding a bilateral agreement with the Finnish side on the organized recruitment of workers from Kyrgyzstan to work in Finland. In addition, the sides discussed the establishment of cooperation between the higher educational institutions of the two countries and the study of possible projects to support general educational institutions in the Kyrgyz Republic.
