DP and MPP send their candidates’ materials to GEC

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The Democratic Party (DP) and the Mongolian People’s Party (MPP) sent Thursday to the General Election Commission (GEC) application materials of their candidates for the Presidential election. In accordance with the election law, the parties have sent to the GEC some ten materials related to the candidates, such as biography, party’s decision on nominating a candidate, statements on income and capital of candidates, the election programme and medical assessment. The GEC will consider the materials and decide whether to register or not the candidates within three days.
