CSTO meeting in Astana scheduled for May 3

Kazakhstan, Astana, May 2 / Trend, D. Mukhtarov / A meeting of the Council of Defense Ministers of the member states of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) will be held in Astana on Thursday under the chairmanship of Kazakh Defense Minister Adilbek Dzhaksybekov, the Defense Ministry of Kazakhstan said. The meeting will be attended by delegations of defense ministries of Armenia, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and CSTO Secretary General Nikolai Bordyuzha. The defense ministers will discuss joint measures for the development and improvement of military cooperation and strengthening of allied solidarity of the CSTO member states.
