CONGRATULATION GREETINGS ARE EXCHANGED

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia /MONTSAME/ The President of Mongolia Ts.Elbegdorj has congratulated his Russian counterpart Mr. Dmitrii Medvedev on the 90th anniversary of the diplomatic relations between Mongolia and Russia. In his message, Mr Elbegdorj congratulates the President and the people of Russia and expresses a satisfaction with the ties that are approaching the strategic partnership level. Then the President of Mongolia says that Mr. Medvedev's "contribution to widening and strengthening of the two countries' cooperation is great". "I hope that the friendly relations and collaboration between Mongolia and Russia will widen more accorded with the history development and nowadays requirements. Using this opportunity, I wish You, Mister President, a health and great achievements in the work”, says the message. ***** Dedicated to this anniversary, the congratulation letters have been exchanged between the Speaker of Mongolia's parliament D.Demberel and the head of Federal council of Federal assembly of Russian federation V.E.Matvienko and the chairman of the State Duma of Russia B.V.Grizlov; the Prime Minister of Mongolia S.Batbold and V.V.Putin PM of Russia; the Foreign affairs Minister of Mongolia G.Zandanshatar and his Russian counterpart S.V.Lavrov. The agreement on establishing friendly relations between Mongolia and Russia was signed in Autumn of 1921, and the 90th anniversary was marked on November 5 of 2011. B.Oyundelger
