CABINET MEETING IN BRIEF

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The cabinet on April 6 decided at its meeting to submit to parliament a package of draft laws worked out by the Ministry of justice. They are the draft law on Marshal, on Investigation and other four. - The cabinet discussed a draft of an agreement to be established with the USA on providing a transparency in international trade and investment, and decided to consult it with related parliament Standing committees and to form a working group--Ministry of foreign affairs and of justice--that will be responsible for the draft. - The cabinet tasked the foreign affairs Minister with submitting the results of the visit of Japan's PM Abe to the National security council. - The cabinet backed a draft of the contract according to which the U.S. immigration and customs bodies will return the Tyrannozaurus Bataar skeleton to the Mongolian side in New-York, the USA, on May 5 of 2013. A right to sign the contract will be given to Mongolia's Ambassador to the USA B.Altangerel. - The cabinet appreciated the results of the 7th meeting of the Mongolia-Turkey intergovernmental commission on trade and economics, which ran in Ankara this March 27-28. A realization plan was backed made according to the issues discussed at this meeting. The two countries have planned to cooperate in many spheres. - The cabinet supported in principle a draft of the Mongolia-Turkey intergovernmental agreement on cooperation in the security issues.
