BM AND MINISTRY OF CONSTRUCTION TO COLLABORATE IN STABILIZING HOUSE PRICES

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The Bank of Mongolia (BoM) and the Ministry of Construction and Urban Development adopted a sub-programme on supporting the construction sector and on stabilizing apartments prices. This sub-programme is worked out and approved in frames of realizing a memorandum on co-implementing a middle-term programme on stabilizing prices of consumer products, which was established between the BoM and the cabinet October of 2012. The sub-programme has included programmes on stabilizing prices of construction materials and on creating a long-term and sustainable system for housing financing. It aims to keep stable apartment prices and renting by ensuring connections between demand and supply, and to increase an adequacy of healthy and safe environment for people.
