Belarus’ Lukashenko congratulates Zhaparov on winning presidential elections

President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko congratulated Sadyr Zhaparov on his victory in early presidential elections of the Kyrgyz Republic, the election headquarters of Zhaparov said on Wednesday.
