Azerbaijani, Russian FMs discuss situation in Ukraine

Baku, March 11, AZERTAC Azerbaijan`s Minister of Foreign Affairs Jeyhun Bayramov has met with his Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov on the sidelines of the Antalya Diplomacy Forum. During the meeting, the sides discussed topical issues of the bilateral agenda. The sides exchanged views on the current situation in Ukraine, negotiations between Russia and Ukraine, and ways to resolve the issue. During the meeting, the FMs discussed the current situation in the region, including the implementation of trilateral statements, the opportunities for normalization of relations between Azerbaijan and Armenia, as the occupation factor is eliminated, the opening of communication and transport lines, the process of delimitation of borders. They also discussed other issues of mutual interest.
