Azerbaijani president meets with commander of U.S. Transportation Command

Azerbaijan, Baku, May 4 / Trend / President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev met with commander of the U.S. Transportation Command, General William Fraser on May 3. General Fraser expressed his satisfaction with development of relations between Azerbaijan and the U.S. By stressing Azerbaijan's role in countering terrorism and peacemaking operations in Afghanistan, he expressed hope that the cooperation in this sphere will further continue. Stressing that the cooperation between the two countries is successful and efficient, President Aliyev expressed his confidence that the relations will further continue successfully within anti-terror coalition.
