Azerbaijan prepares state space industry development program

Azerbaijan, Baku, April 12 / Trend E. Mehdiyev / The Azerbaijani Defense Industry Ministry has submitted a draft state program on space industry development to the Cabinet of Ministers to be approved, National Aerospace Agency General Director Alchin Shirinzade told media. "The program, covering 2011-2015, includes the establishment of space institutions, production of a number of devices in the country, staff training and other activities," Shirinzade said.
