Azerbaijan to be represented at OIC Council of FM meeting

Azerbaijan, Baku, Nov. 13 / Trend / Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov will take part in the 39th session of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation in Djibouti on Nov. 15-16, the ministry said today.
