Azerbaijan appoints honorary consul to Romanian city of Constanta

Azerbaijan, Baku, Sept. 26 / Trend / President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev signed an order on Tuesday appointing Gabriel Valentin Comanescu as Honorary Consul of Azerbaijan to the Romanian city of Constanta.
