Baku, November 4, AZERTAC “Armenia continues to use white phosphorus projectiles against civilians in Tartar district of Azerbaijan,” Assistant to the Azerbaijani President, Head of Foreign Policy Affairs Department of the Presidential Administration Hikmat Hajiyev made a post on his Twitter account. “Unexploded phosphorus ordnance was neutralized by ANAMA,” Hajiyev tweeted.
