MONGOLIA TO START EXPORTING MEAT PRODUCTS TO JAPAN

Ulaanbaatar, /MONTSAME/ Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade G.Zandanshatar has met some representative of ministries of Japan to talk about his visit to Japan in 2009.
During this visit, the Foreign Minister attended the 3rd consultation of Mongolia and Japan governments, trade and investment of private sector in which he agreed with the Japanese side to co-operate in a number of projects and programs of private sector. Planned projects are started to be realized. A preparation is almost finished for exporting meat and meat products, especially mutton, to Japan. Related ministries of the two countries have exchanged health and hygienic certificates of meat and meat products. An attestation has been planned by the Japanese related organizations at Mongolian meat processing factories in the near future.
