Minister of Foreign Affairs Makes Phone Call to Chairperson of African Union Commission

Riyadh, May 02, 2023, SPA -- Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, made a phone call today to the Chairperson of the African Union Commission, Moussa Faki Mahamat.
During their conversation, the two sides discussed efforts to stop the military escalation between the conflicting parties in Sudan, put an end to the violence, and provide necessary protection to Sudanese civilians and residents on its territory, ensuring the security, stability, and well-being of Sudan and its people.
Additionally, they discussed the latest developments and the current situation in the African continent, as well as regional and international developments and issues of common interest.
