Tourists from Slovakia play wedding in Kyrgyzstan according to Kyrgyz customs

Inspired by the beauty of Kyrgyzstan, tourists from Slovakia played a wedding in Chon-Kemin village on September 1 according to Kyrgyz customs, director of TRAVEL EXPERTS travel company Sergey Glukhoverov told Kabar Agency. He said that the couple came to the country with their friends. “The newlyweds had planned the wedding in advance and asked us to help. My team and I organized the celebration, hired a presenter, choose a place, and even bought wedding rings. The friends of the newlyweds were not aware of the plan. So, upon arrival in Chon-Kemin, one of the guides told the guests that a Kyrgyz wedding was taking place nearby and they were invited to visit. The tourists happily agreed and went on the same bus, while the newlyweds stayed in the room. Upon arrival at the place, the foreign guests were very shy, but the locals calmed them down and danced. In the midst of the evening, our newlyweds appeared in Kyrgyz national wedding dresses and shocked their friends,” he said. Glukhoverov also added that afterwards the couple exchanged wedding rings with the engraving “Kyrgyzstan 01.09.2021” and held a traditional wedding according to Kyrgyz customs on seeing off of the bride and many others. “The wedding was real, the couple had been planning the event for a long time, but it didn’t work out. So, after buying our tour, they came up with the idea to play a wedding in such an exotic and beautiful place like Kyrgyzstan. However, it was not possible to organize the procedure for official marriage registration due to the tight deadlines,” the director of the travel company said.
