Total number of coronavirus cases reaching 46,700 in Kyrgyzstan

Bishkek, Sept. 30, 2020. /Kabar/. Kyrgyzstan’s total number of identified coronavirus cases has reached 42,669 on Wednesday. Another 147 cases of COVID-19 coronavirus infection and community-acquired pneumonia were registered in the country over the past 24 hours, the Republican Headquarters for Combating COVID-19 said. According to the latest data, 12 more medical workers have contracted coronavirus, raising the total number of medics infected to 3,255, including 3,008 recoveries. As of Sept. 30, number of nationwide recoveries has climbed to 42,879, as 118 more patients have cured in the past day. No death related to novel coronavirus was recorded in Kyrgyzstan, thus the death toll stands at 1,064. Currently, 819 Kyrgyzstanis are receiving treatment in hospitals of the country, and 1,455- at home.
