According to the forecasts of the International Monetary Fund for 2018, Tajikistan is among the world's poorest countries among the 193 countries of the world. Also, the positions of other Central Asian countries, listed in the Focus Economics rating, do not correspond to reality. In the Focus Economics ranking, Kyrgyzstan is on the 10th place, and in the IMF rating ranked 31st. Uzbekistan is ranked 8th in the Focus Economics ranking, and in the IMF ranking it is on the 33rd place among the poorest countries.
