Several books of Aitmatov translated and published in Pakistan

Bishkek, April 6, 2021 / Kabar /. On April 2, 2021, as part of a working trip to Bishkek, Ambassador of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Islamic Republic of Pakistan Erik Beishembiev met with President of the International Foundation named after Chyngyz Aitmatov, Director of the House-Museum of Aitmatov Eldar Aitmatov. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic reported that during the meeting, the ambassador handed over a batch of Chyngyz Aitmatov's books translated and published in Urdu (the story "Zhamilya", "Farewell, Gyulsary!", "Pied Dog Running by the Edge of the Sea"). Beishembiev invited Aitmatov to the official presentation of the book, which is planned to be held after the improvement of the epidemiological situation in Kyrgyzstan and Pakistan. Eldar Aitmatov thanked the embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic in Pakistan for its assistance in translating the book, popularizing the creativity of Chyngyz Aitmatov in Pakistan, and also accepted the invitation of the ambassador.
