Russia plans to build its schools in Kyrgyzstan

Bishkek, March 3, 2021. / Kabar /. Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan in Russia Gulnara-Klara Samat met with First Deputy Minister of Education of the Russian Federation Dmitry Glushko, the Kyrgyz Embassy in Russia said. The meeting discussed issues related to the implementation of an agreements reached during the visit of Kyrgyz President Sadyr Zhaparov to Russia on Feb. 24-25, as well as topical cooperation issues between the two countries in the field of education. Besides, the ambassador and the deputy minister discussed the details of upcoming visit of Russian Education Minister Sergey Kravtsov to Kyrgyzstan in the second decade of March 2021, plans for the construction of Russian schools in the regions of Kyrgyzstan, the further implementation of the Russian Teacher Abroad project in the republic, the provision of Kyrgyz educational institutions with textbooks. Gulnara-Klara Samat asked for assistance in the education of children of migrant workers from Kyrgyzstan in secondary vocational education institutions.
