Photo exhibition devoted to Chingiz Aitmatov to be open in Tashkent

Tashkent, Dec. 11, 2020 / Kabar /. The Public Diplomacy Center of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) in Uzbekistan plans to organize a photo exhibition in Tashkent on the theme: "Chingiz Aitmatov - Singer of Human Values", dedicated to the great writer Chingiz Aitmatov, Fakhritdin Utbosarov, head of the SCO Center for Internal Medicine told the Kabar Agency. He said that the main goal of the photo exhibition is to show the life and work, social, political and diplomatic activities, as well as the artistic display of his literary works through the works of photographers of different years. “The son of the great writer Eldar Aitmatov gave us great support and practical assistance in completing the exhibits of this exhibition, for which we express our deep gratitude. This event will serve to bring closer and strengthen mutual trust and the spirit of good-neighborliness not only of the Uzbek and Kyrgyz peoples, but the peoples of all countries in the SCO space," Utbosarov said. The photo exhibition will take place on Dec. 22 of this year at 11.00 in the Tashkent House of Photography.
