Pakistan donates to Kyrgyzstan medicine, PPE worth USD 18 thsd

Bishkek, Dec. 9, 2020 /Kabar/. The Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic in Pakistan once again donated to the Kyrgyz Health Ministry humanitarian aid in the form of medicines and personal protective equipment to combat the spread of the coronavirus infection. According to the press service of the Kyrgyz Foreign Ministry, the assistance was provided in the framework of instruction of Kyrgyzstan’s top leadership, prime minister, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Medicines and medical supplies worth USD 18,000 weighing more than one ton were transferred to representatives of the republic’s Ministry of Health. The Kyrgyz Embassy in Pakistan expresses its gratitude to the Educational advisor for assisting in the delivery of cargo from Pakistan to Kyrgyzstan, as well as to partners of the Embassy - the University of Lahore in Pakistan, Brookes, Herbion, B4U group for assistance in collecting humanitarian cargo. The Embassy will continue to work actively to attract humanitarian assistance in the fight against the COVID-19 virus.
