Over 39,000 Kyrgyzstanis beat coronavirus

Bishkek, Sept. 3, 2020. /Kabar/. Another 279 coronavirus patients have recovered in Kyrgyzstan over the past 24 hours, Deputy Health Minister of the republic Nurbolot Usenbayev told a news briefing Thursday. He added that since the beginning of the pandemic, number of nationwide recoveries from novel coronavirus has climbed to 39 thousand 174 in Kyrgyzstan. As of Sept. 3, another 99 COVID-19 cases were registered in the country, raising the tally of infections to 44,135. Currently, 613 COVID-19 patients are still in hospitals throughout the country and 4,796 patients are receiving treatment at home. The COVID-19 fatality rate in Kyrgyzstan stands at 1,060, as no new deaths have been registered in the last 24 hours.
