Tenizbaeva also added that if a person has had COVID-19, vaccination is carried out at the discretion of an attending physician. "If there are concurrent disease, it is advisable to receive the vaccine. Vaccination is carried out on a voluntary basis. Those who have been vaccinated are observed for another 3 days.
