Kyrgyzstan reports 254 new COVID-19 cases

Bishkek, May 10, 2021. / Kabar /. Kyrgyzstan registered on Monday 254 new COVID-19 cases, taking the tally to 98,654, the Republican Headquarters for Combating COVID-19 said. The new cases included 195 in the capital city of Bishkek, 25 in Chui Oblast, 17 in Issyk-Kul Oblast and the rest are in other regions. The headquarters reported 257 new recoveries and 5 virus related deaths over the past day, taking the total recoveries to 91,816 and the death toll to 1,660. Meanwhile, 1,683 people are hospitalized across the country and 2,496 patients are receiving treatment at home. The country conducted 3,493 COVID-19 medical tests during the last 24 hours.
