Kyrgyzstan reports 118 new COVID-19 cases

Bishkek, Jan. 22, 2021 / Kabar /. Kyrgyzstan on Friday reported 118 newly confirmed COVID-19 cases after conducting 3,041 tests within a day, bringing the number of total cases to 83,703. The Republican Headquarters for Combating COVID-19 said that 4,163 cases out of the total number of infected are medical workers, including 4,070 recoveries. 155 more recoveries and two more deaths were registered over the past day, taking the counts to 79,664 and 1,396 respectively, the headquarters said. 697 patients are being treated in hospitals throughout the country and 1,044 patients receiving treatment at home.
