Kyrgyzstan reports 113 new COVID – 19 cases

Bishkek, Aug. 26, 2020 / Kabar /. Kyrgyzstan reported on Wednesday 113 new COVID-19 cases, 43,358 in total. Deputy Minister of Health of the country Nurbolot Usenbaev told at a news briefing that among the newly infected 4 are medical workers. Thus, the total number of contracted medical workers is 3,114, including 2,390. At the same time, Usenbaev said 292 people have recovered past day and discharged from hospitals, taking the total number of recoveries to 37,217. Currently, 925 COVID-19 patients are still in hospitals throughout the country and 4,635 patients are receiving treatment at home. Meanwhile, one virus related death registered in the past day, raising the death toll to 1,058.
