Kyrgyzstan registers 240 new COVID-19 cases

Bishkek, April 14, 2021. / Kabar /. Kyrgyzstan registered 240 new COVID-19 cases on Wednesday, bringing the national tally to 90,839. The Republican Headquarters for Combating COVID-19 said that a total of 161 patients recovered over the past 24 hours, bringing the number of recovered ones to 86,313 in the country. 2 patients died over the period, bringing the number of COVID-19 related deaths to 1,534. Currently, 968 patients with COVID-19 are being treated in hospitals, including 40 in intensive care units, while another 1,058 patients are receiving treatment at home. A total of 5,495 lab tests were conducted in the country over the past day.
